Hotchkis Sport Sway Bar Kit

All Hotchkis Performance Sway Bars are designed with a state-of-the-art CAD system that ensures the manufacture of our Sway Bars for proper fit and handling for specific Performance Vehicles that our customers drive. Modern hollow Sway Bar technology allows our engineers to design components that are lightweight, yet deliver greater torsional stiffness than stock Sway Bars, resulting in the crisper handling and sharper corner turn-in that our customers expect.

Prototype Sway Bars emerge from our CNC bender and are checked with a Laser inspection system that guarantees design tolerances have been met. Random sampling of production parts with the Laser inspection system allows Hotchkis Performance engineers to consistently maintain superior quality for our demanding customers.

Manufacturing Sway Bars on a CNC machine allows us to eliminate many inexact hand-forming steps. The German engineered machinery we use enables us to cold-bend our Sway Bars, thus increasing the strength and durability of our product. This unique machinery also allows Hotchkis Performance engineers to manufacture Sway Bars with the intricate bends required for proper fitment in modern Performance Vehicles with tight chassis to body clearances.

Hotchkis Performance Sway bars improve handling by resisting and reducing body roll, thus maintaining maximum tire contact with the road. Lightweight hollow Sway bar sets include front and rear bars, brackets, hardware, and greaseable bushings.

Hotchkis Sport Leaf Springs

Lower your Camaro/Firebird, reduce roll and increase handling with our Sport Leaf Springs. The Hotchkis Sport leafs represent the latest technology in performance spring. These springs utilize a 3/4 length over load spring reducing axle wrap and feature urethane rear bushings and rubber front bushings offering both performance and comfort. Each kit includes heavy duty shackles, u-bolts, spring pads, and nut clips. The Hotchkis sport leaf springs are designed to work on both Mono and Multi Leaf equipped vehicles.
